After any car crash in Boston, the investigating officer from the Boston Police or the Massachusetts State Police fills out an official accident report, called the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Crash Police Report. Insurance companies review this report to understand fault for the accident, which can have a significant impact on your case. That’s why you need to know what your report says – and correct the record if it’s wrong.
