8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

8.1 A Notice to Californian Residents: Shine the Light Law

Under the California “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may opt out of ALM’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 8.2 A Notice to Californian Residents: CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides certain rights to residents of California. This notice refers to the collection and distribution of personal information in our Privacy Notice. Terms used but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the CCPA.
