Register and pay the copy fee. Once the credit card payment goes through, your report will be viewable to you for 72 hours. To view and download photos, you will use a link emailed to you about 24-48 hours after payment is processed. The link typically expires in 14 days. The state crash system also accepts written requests for copies by mail, email, and fax. Make requests to OSHP Central Records.
